I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms in which we stayed, 337/338, were well-equipped with a kitchenette and meant to accommodate three people, which was convenient. However, the service fell below expectations, especially for a business trip, due to issues like no hot water and unresolved staff problems. The location was good, near Gern station and a grocery store, but not exactly in the city center. The dining experience left something to be desired, with slightly outdated options and inattentive service. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel did have some positive aspects like the convenient facilities and the handy kitchen amenities.
